These courses are mandatory for all employees registered under the Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Product and Engineering department. The courses and Final Assessments (Level 1, 2 & 3) must be completed. If you fail in the First Assessment, you have unlimited opportunities to retake the Assessment.

Note: Level 1 Assessment must be completed and passed within 3 months probationary period.
